125 Jewish boys and girls from Eastern Europe celebrated their bar and bat mitzvahs Thursday at the Western Wall in the Old City of Jerusalem.
The boys and girls were taken for an eight days journey across Israel that included Tel Aviv, Tiberia, Metzadah and Jerusalm where they were celebrating there Bar and Bat Mitzvahs.
The celebrants, who hailed from Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, Latvia and Poland, were accompanied by rabbis from their respective Jewish communities and a native speaker of their language was attached to each group.
