Today’s Jewish Religious Community of Zhmerynka is a small but resilient revival of a once thriving community. It holds regular Shabbat gatherings under local leadership in a restored synagogue, is actively fundraising for restoration of historical buildings, and honors its deep heritage while overcoming tragic interruptions of the 20th century.
