European Educational Fund (EEF)
Supporting Jewish education and community development in Brussels
About us;
The European Educational Fund (EEF) is a non-profit organization dedicated to strengthening Jewish education and cultural life in Brussels and across Europe.
Our mission is to promote high-quality, values-based education rooted in Jewish tradition, while nurturing intellectual growth, ethical responsibility, and community engagement.
Our vision;
EEF aims to accompany children and young people throughout their educational journey – from early childhood to school age and beyond – by creating strong, inclusive, and inspiring learning environments. Through education, we seek to build a vibrant and resilient community that celebrates knowledge, identity, and mutual respect.
Gan Aleph Beth Project;
The Gan Aleph Beth childcare and preschool center is EEF’s first major initiative. Authorized by the Office de la Naissance et de l’Enfance (ONE), the center will open in Uccle (Brussels) and serve as a model for Jewish early education in Belgium. Gan Aleph Beth will provide a safe, modern, and welcoming space for young children to learn, play, and grow. The project involves a full renovation of the building, with significant investments in infrastructure, safety, and educational facilities.
Our commitment,
EEF is committed to fostering educational excellence, community values, and a deep connection to Jewish heritage. Gan Aleph Beth marks the beginning of a long-term vision to expand and support Jewish education at every stage of life.
